This is a skin and hex edited mesh for Sparkman. He was one of the superheroes from Sparkler Comics.

Sparkler Comics was an anthology comic published by United Features that reprinted, among others, Tarzan, The Katzenjammer Kids, and Nancy and Sluggo. Sparkman is credited to Fred Methot and Reg Greenwood.

Sparkman premiered in issue #1 of Sparkler Comics (July 1941) introduced on the first page as the editor told the story of how The Spark Man appeared to him late one night and gave him permission to print his adventures. This is followed by an explanation of Sparkman's powers (that is not an explanation; he's probably a mutant), and mentions that his level of power depends on his health and well being. So stay healthy, kids, and you can be a super hero too.

For the next few issues, the identity of the Sparkman was a secret, even from the readers. Was he Quill Davis, crusading reporter, Val Hall, wealthy sportsman and patron of charities, or was he Omar Kavak, world renowned violinist?

The Shadow knows, and he's not telling.

Sparkman could generate and store an electrical charge, releasing it at will in a blast of power. He seemed to be good at dodging bullets also.

Included is a Tom versatile mesh for FF1 and FFv3R. Hoss20 tried to help me with the weird gloves the character had originally, but neither mine nor his really pleased me. Sparkman dropped the extended forefinger on the glove pretty quickly (and his costume became more simplified), so I went that route. All the art on this is mine. No infringement of copyright is intended; this is merely fan art.

Da Glob

Eventually, The Spark Man hung up his costume and traded it for an army uniform. He continued to fight the good fight, but was last seen in Sparkler #40 (although one source cites 57 appearances). He did have one issue of his own comic in 1945, but it reprinted previous adventures from Sparkler.
