EZ FX
I put together the EZ FX Installers in order to make it easy to add custom fx created by various FF community members to your superhero gaming experience. There are 2 different versions, one for each Freedom Force game.
| EZFX 5.1 is for the original Freedom Force Game and features nearly 900 custom FX Get it here (49MB):

EZFX 6.0 is for Freedom Force vs The 3rd Reich and features 180 custom FX Get it here (7MB):

IMPORTANT NOTE 1
Please remember that these are Power FX, not Powers. To use them:
- Edit or create a Character
- Edit or create a Power for that Character.
- Go to the Animations tab, choose the FX you want to attach to that power
from the pulldown list on the right.
IMPORTANT NOTE 2
If you have other fx you've installed manually (which aren't in EZ FX) and don't want to lose 'em - remember to Merge DAT files using FFDEDIT! (fx.dat and sound.dat are the ones you'll need to merge)
